Come Stroll With Me

It wasn't so hot when I headed outside today ... And there was a faint smell of rain in the air ... LOVE THAT!
I was only outside a few minutes when a breeze picked up, clouds blew in and the smell of rain took over my senses ...
So glad I made it in time to pull the clothes off the line. Anyone else think there's no scent quite so nice as line-dried clothes? (except the smell of a newborn baby of course!)
"Let the rain kiss you. Let the rain beat upon your head with silver liquid drops. Let the rain sing you a lullaby."

  2. The smell of the desert after it rains is one of my favorites. We had a brief rainshower here in Phoenix this morning as well. It was wonderful. Cute shoes!

  4. Line dried clothes and new babies!! Absolutely!

I have another one to add. Baby chicks. We have 25 little balls of fluff in our spare shower and I can't stop kissing them and smelling them.

You might not want to pass that last revelation of mine around. :-)

  21. I love your blog! Your photos are amazing. When i was a kid my mother used to do laundry and hang them outside to dry on the lines. I remember running under the sheets and watching the wind sway them back and forth. Your post brought me back to my childhood. :)
