15 lbs

I have 3 months to lose 15 lbs. AND to increase my Muscle Mass, decrease my BMI and be prepared to run a marathon. Think I can do it? I do.


This is me this morning. Just to be accountable and keep myself on track, I'm posting a weekly picture. I know - I'm really brave!

So I've been training to run the Salt Lake City Marathon on April 20th -- I've been training since August and actually looked a lot better a month and a half ago before the holidays. They did me in. Lots of hard work thrown away in the name of gluttony. Ah well.

Ok, so besides running 6 days a week, I'm doing strength exercises now. More on all this later - I just want to get this up before I decide to delete it :)
