Business first:
The winner of Loa's Mind & Body Sculpting DVD
is
Melissa at Write it in Lipstick!!!
So, we're about half way through the year and I thought I should report on some of my new years resolutions ...
I'm still working on copying all of our family videos to DVDs. This week I'm going to try to do 2 a day. I have about a million to go.
My exercise routine has become just that - a routine. I read and implemented Loa's All Health's Breaking Loose ... additionally, one of my new best friends is Jillian Michaels. We visit every morning - at least, she talks, and I do what she says. Making great progress in that area.
I've taken action on putting together a TV show mini pilot and hope to make a connection soon to get it to the right people to pitch it to networks. It's all recorded and in the process of being edited. Yay for a great team!
We cleaned out our garage and had a HUGE sale, raking in several hundred dollars. Success all-around on that one!
Still more resolutions that are in their infant stages.
How are you doing? Do you remember your New Years Resolutions? Have they morphed through the months?
Good for you for remembering to keep those resolutions in mind Denalee!
ReplyDeleteGood luck with the DVD transfers!
Happy Tuesday and God bless!
Dearest Denalee,
ReplyDeleteAs I read your profile, I was touched. My momma died of cancer 24 years ago, and we were unable to save her. Ovarian cancer had sneaked up on her, quietly and dangerously. Her beautiful black locks fought hard to stay black, being the oldest of all the children. I would have given my hair to help her get back her dignity, and it is moving to see your beautiful silver strands make a statement. I am so glad you come to visit me...please come back ANYTIME...I so enjoy the visits and the new friends I have around the world. We are connected by the things in life that are the essential to being human, no matter how far away we are.
May your mother live a long and WONDERFUL LIFE!!! COME BACK SOON! Anita
believe me, YOU are the inspiration! jillian michaels is NOT easy. way to go!
ReplyDeletesounds like all is well at your end. good! i'm glad! and i DO think of you. so glad you stopped by. you are such a bright light to me!
hugs :)
Wow, good for you!!! :-)
ReplyDeleteAnd thanks for stopping by my blog, your comment was so sweet! And I loved reading your profile - I usually donate my hair to Pantene Beautiful Lengths every couple of years. There's a lot of cancer in my family history, and this seemed like one small thing that I could do to help others who have to live through that experience.
You are on a roll! Inspiring. I am having a lazy week at the beach and accomplishing nothing but napping and catching up on my old favorite blogs.
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness Denalee you are doing so great and are such an inspiration!! I just broke a toe trying to walk! ha!
ReplyDeleteSoon will be okay, I just love visiting you, sorry to not comment more!
xoxo
