this is my mom & dad
both amazing people
but this post is about my incredible mother
here's what i've learned from mom:
you can enjoy life no matter what situation you find yourself in,
work becomes play if you sing while working,
time with family trumps sleep,
every holiday is worthy of celebration,
you can hide your chocolate but that's no guarantee other chocoholics won't find it,
the joy is in the journey,
there's something to learn from everyone who comes into your life,
there really is power in positive thinking.
letting go of my silver strands is the least i can do ...
i love you mom
